FAQ

  • According to Belgian law, the rental contract is drafted in Dutch. An English translation can be provided for your convenience.

  • Check-in is usually from 3 PM, and check-out until 11 AM. Times may vary depending on the property.

  • A few days before arrival, you will receive a unique access code valid for the duration of your stay. The code expires automatically after check-out.

  • Contracts are signed digitally via DocuSign, a secure and legally valid online platform.

  • The minimum stay is 3 months (91 days) with a flexible 2-week notice period.

  • The GuestApp is your tenant portal where you can request extra services, communicate with our team, report issues, and find practical information about your unit and surrounding areas.

  • Pets are allowed upon request, depending on the property regulations.

  • A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
